We currently ship within Australia only.

All orders are sent via Australia Post standard shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and will be covered by the buyer.

Please allow 2–7 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post's current timeframes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. DowerFina is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

Every order is carefully and lovingly wrapped to protect it on its journey to you, however we are unable to take responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit.
