These Terms of Service apply to all customers and visitors of the DowerFina Shopify store. DowerFina reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products

All of our candles are handcrafted in small batches using natural and locally sourced materials. As each product is made by hand, minor variations in colour, size, shape, and finish are to be expected and are not considered defects. Each candle is truly one of a kind.

3. Orders

By placing an order with DowerFina, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. DowerFina reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. DowerFina reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway. DowerFina does not store or have access to your payment details.

6. Shipping

We ship within Australia only via Australia Post standard shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

8. Damage During Transit

DowerFina takes great care in packaging every order safely. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at handcraftedbydowerfina@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

9. Candle Safety

By purchasing from DowerFina, you agree to follow all candle safety guidelines provided. DowerFina is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products. Always burn candles on a stable, heat-safe surface, away from children, animals, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of DowerFina and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

DowerFina is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the personal information necessary to process your order and do not share or sell your data to third parties. Your information is handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Law.
