100% Reclaimed Hardwood | Handmade in the Northern Rivers on Bundjalung Country, NSW

Salvaged from an old building site in Ocean Shores, these shelves are made from genuine recycled roof rafters - serious hardwood with decades of character already built in. It was no small effort getting them out, but the moment we started milling and finishing the timber, we knew it was worth every bit of it.

Every shelf is shaped, sanded, and finished by hand from timber we collected and prepared ourselves.

Incredible Grain, Every Time
Old-growth hardwood like this simply doesn’t come off a shelf at a timber yard. The grain is rich, tight, and full of natural variation — each piece tells its own story.

Natural Finish
Oiled with pure natural tung oil, which brings out the depth and warmth of the wood while offering a durable, food-safe, chemical-free finish that only improves with age.

Easy to Hang
These shelves are designed to be straightforward to mount at home. A simple metal angle bracket (the kind you’ll find at any good hardware store) is all you need. No specialist tools, no trades required.

Truly anywhere. Kitchen, bathroom, studio, shed, hallway, bedroom. These shelves are solid enough to work hard and beautiful enough to be the first thing people notice when they walk into a room.

Reclaimed Character
Because this timber came from a real building, no two shelves are identical. Saw marks, nail holes, tonal shifts in the grain, slight variation in colour — these are the marks of a life well lived, not imperfections to be sanded away.
